Following are the documents required to apply for ISIC (International Student Identity Card) – 

  • You will require proof of full-time student enrollment proof, such as a current student ID or a letter from your institution stating your entire course duration, in order to apply for an ISIC card. 
  • Additionally, a passport-sized digital photo is also required for a virtual and physical PVC card. However, you can also attach any of your latest photos as well. Make sure to provide a good-resolution picture, as this gets printed on your physical card if you decide to opt for one. 
  • Once you have all the necessary paperwork, submit your application online, pay the application cost, which is around INR 999, and wait for your card to be approved.

The approval process usually takes somewhere around 2-7 business working days. However, if all the documents are correct, you can expect your card to be approved in 1-2 business working days.

  • It is issued only to teachers
  • You can avail 1,50,000+ benefits 
  • MRP – INR 999
  • Teacher Status Proof or a Job Confirmation Letter is required
  • Photograph
  • Identity Proof & Address Proof

Please note that for every card category you wish to renew, you are required to submit the relevant proofs after the expiry of the card.
