Yes, you heard it right. If you have a valid multiple entry visa or a valid residence permit from Schengen, US, UK, or Ireland, you can apply for Turkey E-visa in 3-simple steps.

Turkey E-visa in 3 Simple Steps – Apply, Make Payment, Download
The official website to apply for Turkey E-visa is https://www.evisa.gov.tr/en/. Please be aware that a few fake/fraudulent websites are offering the same service. And that’s why I request you to apply for Turkey E-visa only via the above-mentioned website.
Once you are on the home page of The Republic Of Turkey Electronic Visa Application System, click on apply to start your application process.
Fill in your residence country, category of passport, and the security verification code and click Save & Continue.
After proceeding, enter your date of arrival in Turkey.
Please note – Your Turkey E-visa starts from the day of your arrival and is valid for a single entry till 30 days from your arrival date.
Turkey E-visa fee is 43 USD.
Make sure that you are meeting all the requirements to be eligible for Turkey E-visa. The requirements are as follows –
- Your passport should be valid for the entire duration of your travel
- You must hold a confirmed return ticket
- You must hold a confirmed hotel booking and at least 50 $ per day of your stay
- Your purpose of travel is only tourism or business
- You have a valid multiple entry visa or a valid residence permit from one of the Schengen Countries, USA, UK or Ireland. E-visas will not be accepted as supporting documents
Now that you have met all the requirements, you will have to fill in all your personal details. Make sure to fill in the details accurately.
Once you have filled in your personal details, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. Click on the link received in your confirmation email and complete the payment of 43 USD.
The website accepts all valid national and international credit/debit cards.
Complete the payment, and voila, it’s done.
If everything is perfect, you can expect your Turkey E-visa in your email in the next 5-10 mins. However, in some cases, this time might vary.
While arriving in Turkey, make sure that you carry all the valid supporting documents along with a hard copy of your Turkey E-visa.
