The original Play – Me Nathuram Godse Boltoy, which was written by Pradeep Dalvi, had already completed more than 810 shows back in the 2000s. But sadly, due to legal complications and opposition, the Natak was stopped in 2016.

Today, Mauli Productions and Uday Baburao Dhurat, under the direction of Vivek Apte, have resurrected this theatrical gem. Applauding the entire team for reviving the play with renewed enthusiasm, strength, and interest. This revival alone itself, stands as one of the compelling reasons to witness this Natak again.
Me Nathuram Godse Boltoy Natak is all about the story that sheds light on the only political assassination where the assailant didn’t bother planning an escape. Nathuram Godse (Played By Saurabh Gokhale), the man in the centre spotlight, shares his opinions and multiple motives for the audacious act of taking Mahatma Gandhi’s life.
This Natak takes us on a rollercoaster ride through the mind of a man who willingly surrendered, even after being fully aware that a death sentence awaited him.

Experiencing these effects in just a few seconds is surely going to give you goosebumps.
Honestly speaking, I personally enjoyed watching the shadow play effect.
