The story of All The Best Natak revolves around 3 boys and one girl. Out of these three boys, one is deaf (played by Manmeet Pem), one is mute (played by Mayuresh Pem), and one is a blind person (played by Vikas). These three boys are best friends of each other. One fine day, a girl named Mohini enters their house. Seing the girl being very friendly, open, and beautiful, all three of them fall in love with the same girl. And that's where the real chaotic comedy starts to begin.
